The BikeFit Sunflower Squad is Niagara's Largest Women's Cycling Club. We offer weekly mountain bike and road rides for a variety of skill and fitness levels. This provides a great opportunity to check out the many gorgeous Niagara off road trails and picturesque road routes. There is something for everyone from beginner to expert. Open to women and girls aged 10 and up!
• mountain biking on Niagara's trails.
• expanded road riding program
• three levels of riding according to skill and fitness level from beginner to advanced
• racing and competitive cycling opportunities
• Sunflower Seeds program for female youth ages 10 - 15
• social events and much more.....
Our strong mentoring atmosphere has lead to a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Catharines and Thorold. This mutually beneficial partnership has blossomed since its inception.
